Lypsa Gems responded to NSE's clarification on its March 2025 quarter financial results. The company stated that its subsidiary was dissolved effective 29 March 2024, with the official dissolution letter received from the authority on 15 January 2025. Since the subsidiary had no transactions or operations after dissolution, the standalone and consolidated financial figures are now identical for the current reporting period. The statutory auditor has also confirmed the same in the review report submitted on 29 May 2025.
