M.K. Exim (India) Ltd has informed shareholders about a special six-month window, from 7th July 2025 to 6th January 2026, for re-lodging physical share transfer requests that were earlier rejected, returned, or not processed due to document deficiencies before the 1st April 2019 deadline. This window has been opened in line with a SEBI circular (SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97). Any shares re-lodged during this period will be issued only in demat form. Shareholders who missed the earlier 31st March 2021 deadline can submit documents to the company's Registrar, Beetal Financial & Computer Services (P) Ltd in New Delhi, or directly to the company for assistance.
This is a procedural/administrative update with no direct impact on share price. Shareholders holding physical share certificates whose earlier transfer attempts failed now get a second chance to complete the transfer, but only into demat accounts.
