Mr. Sandeep Mandrekar, Chief Business Officer – Wheels and Senior Management Personnel (SMP), has resigned effective 24th April 2026. He is leaving full-time employment to pursue personal and professional interests outside the company. Interestingly, he will continue as a part-time consultant from 27th April 2026 to provide services related to Wheels business growth and mentoring. Consequent to this departure, four function/vertical heads have been elevated to SMP status effective 25th April 2026: Mr. Shantanu Padhye (Head - Collections), Mr. Nitesh Rawal (Business Head – Car and Commercial Vehicle Loans), Mr. Chanpreet Singh (Business Head – Swaraj Division), and Mr. Pravin Kulkarni (Business Head – Farm Division).
