Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services reported Q3 FY26 disbursements of approximately Rs. 17,600 crore, a 7% year-on-year increase, while 9M FY26 disbursements stood at around Rs. 43,900 crore, up 4% YoY (excluding finance lease). Business Assets grew about 12% YoY to roughly Rs. 1,29,000 crore. Collection Efficiency held steady at 95%, matching the year-ago quarter. Stage-3 (NPAs) are estimated at 3.9%–4.0%, broadly stable versus prior periods, while Stage-2 assets improved to 5.4%–5.5% from 5.8% in September 2025. The company also reported a comfortable liquidity buffer of over Rs. 8,850 crore.
Steady loan growth, stable asset quality and strong liquidity signal a healthy quarter for the NBFC, likely to be viewed positively by investors. No major negative surprises on NPAs or collections support near-term investor confidence.
