Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has received reaffirmation of its credit ratings from India Ratings, CARE Ratings, CRISIL Ratings, and Brickwork Ratings on 13th June 2025. All long-term debt instruments across non-convertible debentures, subordinated debt, and market-linked debentures have been reaffirmed at the highest 'AAA' rating with a Stable outlook, covering tens of thousands of crores in rated debt. Commercial paper ratings have also been reaffirmed at 'A1+', the highest short-term rating. Brickwork noted a small reduction in its rated NCD pool from Rs. 2,200 crore to Rs. 2,125.68 crore due to redemption of some NCDs.
