Maan Aluminium reported total income of ₹81,922 lakhs for FY2026, roughly flat versus FY2025's ₹81,550 lakhs. Revenue from operations declined marginally to ₹80,871 lakhs from ₹81,017 lakhs. Net profit after tax fell to ₹1,303 lakhs from ₹1,551 lakhs (a ~16% decline), and EPS dropped to ₹2.35 from ₹2.87. The auditor issued an unmodified opinion with no qualifications. The company raised ₹8,319 lakhs via a preferential equity issuance (59 million shares at ₹141 each) in January 2026, designated for capex and working capital. Current borrowings were reduced significantly from ₹7,721 to ₹4,467 lakhs, while cash and bank balances surged from ₹40 to ₹3,844 lakhs. Q4 standalone revenue grew 3.5% YoY to ₹25,457 lakhs but Q4 PAT collapsed to ₹170 lakhs from ₹394 lakhs in the prior year quarter.
PAT decline of ~16% YoY and weak Q4 performance are likely negative for the stock in the short term, though the large equity raise has strengthened the balance sheet and reduced near-term debt servicing concerns.
