The Delhi High Court has dismissed the injunction application filed by Yatra Online Limited against Mach Conferences and Events Limited in the case CS(COMM)1099/2024. Yatra had challenged the company's accepted trademarks 'BookMyYatra' and 'BookMyYatra.com' and sought an order stopping the company from using them.
