Madhav Infra Projects reported strong audited results for FY25 with standalone revenue from operations jumping to ₹57,221 lakh from ₹35,803 lakh in FY24, a growth of about 60%. Standalone net profit rose to ₹2,699 lakh from ₹1,870 lakh, up roughly 44%, with EPS improving to ₹1.00 from ₹0.81. Consolidated revenue grew about 33% to ₹61,024 lakh and consolidated net profit (after minority interest) rose to ₹2,586 lakh from ₹2,168 lakh. Q4 FY25 was particularly strong with standalone revenue tripling to ₹29,772 lakh and PBT surging to ₹1,319 lakh. The auditor (Shah & Kadam) issued an unmodified opinion with no going concern issues, and operating cash flow remained healthy at ₹10,462 lakh.
Sharp revenue and profit growth along with a clean audit report is positive for shareholders and may support the stock. However, standalone EBITDA margin compressed to about 11.4% from 14.5% as costs grew faster than revenue, which is a watchpoint.
