The Board of Madhav Infra Projects approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 57,220.95 lakh from Rs. 35,802.50 lakh in FY24, a growth of about 60%, while consolidated revenue grew from Rs. 46,038.42 lakh to Rs. 61,024.01 lakh, up roughly 32.5%. Standalone profit after tax increased to Rs. 2,698.54 lakh from Rs. 1,870.11 lakh (around 44% growth), and consolidated PAT rose to Rs. 2,586.28 lakh from Rs. 2,168.36 lakh (about 19% growth). Statutory auditor Shah & Kadam issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results with no going concern or emphasis of matter flags. The board also appointed KH & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a first five-year term (FY26–FY30), JHS and Associates LLP as Internal Auditors for FY26, and Kiran J Mehta & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY26.
Strong revenue and profit growth along with a clean audit opinion is positive for shareholders, signalling healthy business momentum. However, EBITDA margins appear to have compressed from around 14.5% to 11.4% standalone, suggesting cost or mix pressures even as the topline scaled up sharply.
