The company clarified that the statement was duly signed by Mr. Devendra Manchanda, who serves as both Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee. Due to a clerical error, his designation only mentioned Chairman, and the words Audit Committee were inadvertently omitted. The signatory and authority remain unchanged.
