Madhucon Projects Limited has submitted copies of the newspaper clippings containing its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year FY25, which were approved by the Board on 17 May 2025 and published on 18 May 2025 in Financial Express (English) and Nava Telangana (Telugu). On a consolidated basis, total income from operations jumped to about ₹1,011.24 crore in FY25 from ₹657.61 crore in FY24, a growth of roughly 54%. However, the company swung to a massive consolidated net loss of around ₹623.24 crore after tax for FY25, compared with a loss of about ₹6.95 crore in FY24, indicating very large exceptional or extraordinary charges. Standalone performance was also weak with a net loss after tax of about ₹21.04 crore in FY25 and EPS of ₹(2.85). Consolidated EPS was deeply negative at ₹(64.40) for FY25 versus a positive ₹0.64 in FY24.
Sharp deterioration in profitability despite strong top-line growth is a clear negative for shareholders. The very large consolidated loss suggests significant one-time write-offs or exceptional costs, which is likely to weigh on the stock price in the near term.
