Veteran investor Madhusudan Kela purchased an ultra-luxury flat worth Rs 120.71 crore in DLF's under-construction 'The Dahlias' project at DLF Phase 5, Gurugram, with the agreement registered on April 15, 2026. DLF has sold apartments worth Rs 18,562 crore till March 2026 in the 17-acre project, with around 60% of the 420 apartments/penthouses sold.
