The Board, at its May 29, 2025 meeting, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with statutory auditor Motilal & Associates LLP issuing an unmodified (clean) opinion. Revenue from operations fell ~13.2% YoY to Rs. 2,888.71 lakhs, while Q4 revenue dropped ~44.6% YoY to Rs. 785.16 lakhs. Profit after tax declined ~11.2% to Rs. 438.28 lakhs (Q4 PAT down ~67% YoY to Rs. 84.34 lakhs), with EPS at Rs. 7.95 vs Rs. 8.96 in FY24. The Medical segment remains the largest contributor but shrank to Rs. 2,704.75 lakhs from Rs. 3,062.93 lakhs. The Board also appointed ABHL & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY26 and D Maurya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years. The statutory auditor changed from D M K H & Co. to Motilal & Associates LLP during the year.
A clean audit opinion is reassuring, but the double-digit decline in both revenue and profitability, especially the sharp Q4 fall, signals weakening business momentum that may weigh on the stock in the short term. The mid-year change of statutory auditor and new auditor appointments are governance items shareholders should note.
