Mafatlal Industries reported annual standalone revenue of Rs 3,870 crore for FY2026, up 37.9% from Rs 2,807 crore in FY2025, driven by growth across Textile, Digital Infrastructure, and Consumer Durables segments. However, standalone Profit After Tax declined 7.2% to Rs 91.07 crore from Rs 98.14 crore. The company declared a dividend of Rs 1.25 per share (62.5% on face value). Exceptional items of Rs 2.87 crore were recognized due to estimated gratuity provision impact from New Labour Code. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs 140.89 crore vs negative Rs 83.58 crore in prior year. Leadership changes include CEO Mr. M.B. Raghunath retiring and Mr. Priyavrata H. Mafatlal appointed as new CEO. Auditors issued clean/unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong revenue growth of 38% was offset by PAT decline of 7%, indicating margin pressure despite higher volumes. The clean audit and positive cash flow turnaround are positives, but investors should monitor if the revenue growth translates to better profitability going forward.
