Magnanimous Trade & Finance Ltd has submitted copies of newspaper publications of its Q1 FY26 unaudited standalone financial results (quarter ended 30 June 2025), which were published in The Indian Express (English) and Dainik Kanchan Kesari (Hindi) on 9 August 2025, as required under SEBI listing rules. The company returned to profitability, posting a profit after tax of Rs. 34.21 lakh compared with a loss of Rs. 60.64 lakh in the same quarter last year. Total income from operations nearly tripled year-on-year to Rs. 56.99 lakh from Rs. 21.94 lakh. Basic and diluted EPS (not annualised) improved to Rs. 2.28 from a loss of Rs. 4.04 per share in the year-ago quarter. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 7 August 2025.
The swing back to profit and strong year-on-year revenue growth are positive signs for shareholders, although the absolute scale of operations remains very small for a listed NBFC and historical annual results show declining revenue.
