The Board approved unaudited standalone results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2025 on 17 October 2025, with a clean (unqualified) limited review from Vermas & Associates. Revenue from operations surged to ₹923.89 lakhs in H1 FY26 from just ₹171.64 lakhs in H1 FY25 — a roughly 5x jump driven by the September quarter (₹728.46 lakhs). The company swung to a net profit of ₹190.83 lakhs in H1 FY26 from a loss of ₹13.51 lakhs a year ago, with Q2 FY26 alone posting ₹150.03 lakhs profit and EPS of ₹4.44 (H1 EPS ₹5.65). Margins expanded sharply, with profit-before-tax margin reaching roughly 20%. However, operating cash flow was NEGATIVE at ₹(49.69) lakhs, and trade receivables ballooned to ₹713.67 lakhs from ₹141.57 lakhs, raising concerns about cash quality. Accumulated losses (other equity) remain negative at ₹(258.75) lakhs.
Headline turnaround is impressive and may support a short-term positive stock reaction, but weak cash conversion, surging receivables and a still-negative reserves balance mean the quality of earnings is questionable. Shareholders should watch for collection of the ₹713+ lakh receivables and sustained margin expansion in coming quarters before treating this as a structural recovery.
