NSE sought clarification from Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills regarding discrepancies in the financial results for the quarter ended 31 March 2026. The company clarified that the PDF version of the results is correct, accurate and authentic, but the XBRL filing contained inadvertent typographical and clerical errors.
