Mahamaya Steel Industries has informed BSE and NSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, 27 May 2025 at 1:30 PM at its registered office in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The Board will consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended 31 March 2025, along with the auditor's report. The Board will also consider and recommend a dividend, if any. The trading window for promoters, directors, officers, and designated employees has already been closed from 1 April 2025 and will remain so until 48 hours after the results are declared.
