Mahanagar Gas Limited has appointed M/s. M P Sanghavi & Associates LLP, a peer-reviewed firm of company secretaries based in Mumbai, as its Secretarial Auditors. The appointment covers five consecutive financial years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 and is subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting. The firm has over two decades of experience in corporate law compliance, with its designated partners having a combined experience of over four decades. The decision was made by the Board based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee at a meeting held on May 6, 2025.
