COMPLIANCE OF REGULATION 30 OF SEBI (LODR) REGULATIONS, 2015- DISCLOSURE OF EVENTS OR INFORMATION EXTENSION OF ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF THE POST OF DIRECTOR (HR&EB), MTNL ENTRUSTED TO Dr. KALYAN SAGAR NIPPANI, DIRECTOR (HR) BSNL

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved an ex-post facto extension of the additional charge of the post of Director (HR&EB) at MTNL to Dr. Kalyan Sagar Nippani, who is currently serving as Director (HR) at BSNL. The extension is for a further period of one year effective from 01.10.2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. No additional remuneration will be paid to him for holding this additional charge at MTNL. This is a continuation of an existing inter-PSU arrangement between BSNL and MTNL, both government of India enterprises.
