Maharashtra Seamless reported strong Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results with standalone total revenue of Rs. 1,302.57 crores, up about 7% from Rs. 1,215.56 crores in Q1 FY25. Standalone net profit jumped nearly 72% year-on-year to Rs. 233.86 crores from Rs. 135.95 crores, with EPS of Rs. 17.45 versus Rs. 10.15 a year ago. The Steel Pipes & Tubes segment continues to dominate, contributing Rs. 1,126.44 crores of segment revenue and Rs. 129.09 crores of EBIT. On the governance side, the board recommended appointing Mrs. Dipika Agarwal (MBA from ICFAI, manufacturing sector experience) as an Independent Director for five years from September 28, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed M/s Ajit Mishra & Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
