Maheshwari Logistics submits missing note for FY26 results after NSE query

NSE had asked Maheshwari Logistics to clarify a missing note in the standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, filed on May 30, 2026. The company admitted it had inadvertently left out the Standalone Balancing Figure Note. It has now submitted the note, which states that Q4 figures are the balancing figures between full year audited results and limited reviewed year-to-date figures up to Q3. Statutory auditor Kakaria and Associates has certified this disclosure as required under SEBI Regulation 33(3)(e). No financial numbers have been changed.
