Mahindra EPC Irrigation's board meeting on April 21, 2026 approved multiple items including audited FY2026 financial results showing standalone revenue of Rs. 312 crore (up 14.4% YoY) and PAT of Rs. 12.69 crore (up 76% YoY). The company appointed two new Independent Directors - Mr. Balram Singh Yadav (former MD of Godrej Agrovet) and Dr. Purvi Mehta (former Gates Foundation leader) for five-year terms.
