Mahindra EPC Irrigation reported FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 312 crore (up 14.4% from Rs 272.67 crore), with profit after tax of Rs 12.69 crore (up 76.3% from Rs 7.21 crore). The board appointed two new Non-Executive Independent Directors: Dr. Purvi Mehta (former Gates Foundation, globally recognized agriculture expert) and Mr. Balram Singh Yadav (former MD of Godrej Agrovet), both for five-year terms.
