MHRIL Q1 FY27 standalone revenue rose 3% YoY to Rs 423.5 Cr, but PAT fell 29% to Rs 54.3 Cr as EBITDA dropped 12% on growth-linked costs. EBITDA margin compressed to 33.4% from 39.2%. Resort revenue grew 10%, occupancy hit 87%, and membership sales value jumped 22% led by premiumisation and upgrades. AUR rose 73% YoY. Consolidated PAT turned negative at Rs -8.6 Cr versus Rs 7.2 Cr profit, dragged by Finnish subsidiary HCR losses of 5.1 Mn EUR against 3.2 Mn EUR.
Sharp margin compression and consolidated loss despite revenue growth signals pressure on near-term profitability, though long-term leisure demand thesis stays intact.
