Mahindra Lifespace Developers reported FY26 consolidated sales of Rs 4,118 crore with 25% growth, driven by residential pre-sales of Rs 3,405 crore (up 21% from Rs 2,804 crore) and IC&IC revenues of Rs 713 crore (up 44% from Rs 495 crore). GDV additions were Rs 18,060 crore including Rs 7,500 crore Thane unlocking. PAT surged nearly 5x to Rs 298 crore from Rs 61 crore in the prior year.
