ESOP trust transfers 63,397 shares to 63 employees

Mahindra and Mahindra informed the exchange that its Employees Stock Option Trust transferred 63,397 equity shares to 63 stock option grantees on 29 June 2026. The transfer was made pursuant to the exercise of stock options under the company ESOP scheme. The shares were originally allotted to the trust at the time of listing, and this is a routine compliance disclosure listing the names of recipients and share counts. Top recipients include Vivek Sharma (9,665 shares), Amit Kumar Sinha (6,000), Rajesh Jejurikar (4,509) and Rajendra Gopala Krishna (4,228).
