Mahindra & Mahindra has published its unaudited Q1 FY26 financial results (quarter ended 30th June 2025) in Business Standard and Sakal newspapers as required by SEBI listing rules. On a consolidated basis, total income from operations rose to Rs. 45,529 crore, up about 22% from Rs. 37,218 crore in Q1 FY25. Profit after tax grew to Rs. 4,083 crore from Rs. 3,283 crore, a jump of roughly 24% year-on-year. Standalone numbers were even stronger, with revenue climbing to Rs. 34,143 crore (vs Rs. 27,133 crore) and profit after tax rising to Rs. 3,450 crore (vs Rs. 2,613 crore), up about 32%. Consolidated basic EPS stood at Rs. 36.58 versus Rs. 29.44 in the same quarter last year. The detailed results are available on the company's website, BSE, NSE, and via a QR code in the newspaper ad.
The results indicate strong double-digit growth in both revenue and profits, reflecting healthy business momentum. This is positive news for shareholders and supports a constructive view on the stock, though the stock reaction will depend on how these numbers compare with market expectations.
