Mahindra & Mahindra shared its F25 (FY25) results at a press/analyst meet. Consolidated revenue rose 14% to Rs 1,59,211 crore and PAT grew 20% to Rs 13,167 crore (excluding one-time impact). Auto segment showed strong execution: SUV volumes up 20%, SUV revenue market share at 22.5% (up 210 bps), LCV<3.5T market share at 51.9%, and Auto PBIT margin expanded 110 bps to 9.5%. Farm business achieved record 43.3% tractor market share with PBIT margins of 18.4% (up 210 bps). The new Electric Origin SUVs received 30,179 bookings on day 1. Subsidiaries also delivered: Tech Mahindra EBIT margin improved 360 bps to 9.7% and MMFSL maintained asset quality (GS3 at 3.7%) with PAT up 16%. Closing cash position stood at Rs 27,389 crore after Rs 5,033 crore capex and Rs 2,620 crore dividend payout.
Strong all-round performance with margin expansion across Auto, Farm, and TechM should be positive for the stock. Multi-year growth targets across 'Growth Gems' businesses (hospitality, logistics, EVs, real estate) provide long-term optionality, while the record EV bookings signal strong demand momentum heading into F26.
