Mahindra & Mahindra reported December 2025 total production of 68,992 units versus 55,015 in December 2024, a rise of about 25%. Total domestic sales grew to 85,501 units from 67,252, up roughly 27% year-on-year. Bolero sales nearly doubled (10,611 vs 5,921) and Scorpio sales rose to 15,313 from 11,686, while the new Electric Origin SUV (BE series) ramped up sharply to 4,126 units versus zero last year. XUV700 volumes dropped steeply, but this reflects the transition to the newly launched XUV7XO, which contributed 971 sales. Exports slipped to 2,849 units from 3,142, a decline of around 9%. Electric three-wheeler Treo also saw strong growth, reaching 6,010 units from 4,384.
Strong double-digit growth in production and domestic sales, driven by SUVs and new electric models, is positive for the stock and reflects healthy festive-season demand. The modest export dip is a minor watchpoint but is more than offset by the robust domestic momentum and new product traction.
