Mahindra & Mahindra shared its Q2 & H1 FY26 results with analysts on 4th November 2025. Consolidated revenue grew 22% YoY to Rs 46,106 cr and PAT (ex-one-offs) rose 28% to Rs 3,673 cr, with annualised ROE at 19.4%. The Farm Equipment segment was the star with PAT up 54% on 32% volume growth and a record 43% market share, while the Auto segment saw 14% PAT growth despite GST transition headwinds, with SUV revenue market share hitting 25.7%. Tech Mahindra delivered 35% PAT growth with EBIT margin expanding 250 bps to 12.1%, and Mahindra Finance (MMFSL) reported 45% PAT growth with AUM up 13%. The company completed the SML Isuzu acquisition and ended H1 FY26 with a healthy cash balance of Rs 28,123 cr after Rs 4,119 cr net cash generation.
Strong all-round performance with margin expansion across key businesses (Auto PBIT 10.3%, Tractor 20.6%, TechM EBIT 12.1%) and robust market share gains in both Auto and Farm segments signal positive momentum. Shareholders can view this as a constructive earnings update likely to support the stock, though EV (BEV) unit continues to report marginal losses and remains a watch point.
