Mahindra & Mahindra has published newspaper advertisements informing shareholders of two key regulatory initiatives. First, the 'Saksham Niveshak' campaign (1st April to 9th July 2026) urges shareholders to update KYC details and nomination information to prevent unpaid/unclaimed dividends from being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Second, a special window (5th February 2026 to 4th February 2027) allows shareholders to re-lodge physical share transfer documents originally submitted before 1st April 2019 but were rejected or returned due to documentation deficiencies. Physical shareholders are also being encouraged to convert their holdings to dematerialized form and claim unclaimed dividends.
Non-material regulatory communication for shareholders. Failure to comply with KYC updates by the deadline will result in transfer of unpaid dividends and shares to IEPF, leading to loss of shareholder entitlements.
