Mahindra & Mahindra's board approved audited Q4 and FY25 results on 5th May 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations grew about 15% YoY to Rs. 1,58,749.75 crores for FY25, up from Rs. 1,38,279.30 crores in FY24. Profit after tax rose roughly 15% to Rs. 14,073.17 crores from Rs. 12,269.82 crores. Q4 alone saw revenue of Rs. 42,585.67 crores and PAT of Rs. 3,541.85 crores, both sharply higher than Q4 FY24. All major segments – Automotive (Rs. 90,824 cr), Farm Equipment (Rs. 35,375 cr), Financial Services (Rs. 18,296 cr) and Industrial Businesses (Rs. 18,971 cr) – posted healthy growth. The board also recommended a dividend of Rs. 25.3 per share (506% on face value of Rs. 5), with 4th July 2025 as the record date and payment post the 79th AGM on 31st July 2025. The auditor B S R & Co. LLP gave an unmodified opinion.
