Mahindra & Mahindra's Board approved FY2026 consolidated results with total income of Rs. 2,02,084 Crores, up 25.2% YoY (vs Rs. 1,61,392 Crores in FY2025). Consolidated PAT grew 32.3% to Rs. 18,622 Crores (FY2025: Rs. 14,073 Crores). Standalone PAT rose 31.9% to Rs. 15,639 Crores. Revenue from operations increased 24.6% to Rs. 1,97,793 Crores from Rs. 1,58,750 Crores. EPS (diluted, consolidated) stood at Rs. 152.18 vs Rs. 115.06 prior year. The Board recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 33 (660%) per Rs. 5 face value share, up from Rs. 25.3 (506%) last year. Exceptional items of Rs. 292.94 Crores (consolidated) were recorded. B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified audit opinion. The 80th AGM is scheduled for 30th July 2026. Shareholder approval is being sought for remuneration to Non-Executive Chairman Anand G. Mahindra and material related party transactions. Mr. K N Vaidyanathan stepped down as Group Chief Internal Auditor on 30th June 2026; Mr. Vimal Agarwal (Chartered Accountant, MBA, 25 years of experience) appointed effective 1st July 2026.
