Mahindra & Mahindra reported strong FY26 results with consolidated revenue from operations growing 24.6% to Rs 1,97,793 Crore from Rs 1,58,750 Crore in FY25. Profit after tax increased 32.3% to Rs 18,622 Crore from Rs 14,073 Crore. Basic EPS improved to Rs 153.10 from Rs 115.91. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 33 per share (660%), up 30% from Rs 25.30 per share last year, with record date 3rd July 2026. The 80th AGM will be held on 30th July 2026. Segment-wise, Automotive revenue grew 30% to Rs 1,17,834 Crore and Farm Equipment grew 20% to Rs 42,568 Crore. Mr. Vimal Agarwal, a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience, has been appointed as Group Chief Internal Auditor effective 1st July 2026, succeeding Mr. K N Vaidyanathan.
