Maithan Alloys Ltd has scheduled a Board Meeting on 16 May 2026 at its registered office in Kolkata to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2024-25 (ending 31 March 2025) as well as the standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and full year FY 2025-26 (ending 31 March 2026). The Board will also consider declaring and/or recommending dividends for FY 2025-26.
