Majestic Auto Ltd has completed the sale of its leasehold property spread across plots B-6, B-7 and B-9 in Ecotech-I Extension, Greater Noida, measuring about 54,312 sq. metres, to Cyrrus Manufacturing LLP. The sale deed was executed on March 30, 2026, and the full sale consideration of Rs. 143.51 crore has been received. The transaction was originally approved by the Board in December 2022 and by shareholders via postal ballot in February 2023, with an initial advance of Rs. 5 crore paid in early 2023. The buyer is not related to the promoter or promoter group, and the deal is an arm's length transaction. The property contributed roughly 6.3% of consolidated revenue (Rs. 485.31 lakh) and about 11.85% of net worth (Rs. 6,741.01 lakh) in FY25.
Shareholders should see this as a significant cash infusion of Rs. 143.51 crore from a non-core real estate asset, which is more than twice the company's net worth contribution from the property.
