All four ordinary resolutions were passed, including adoption of audited financial statements for FY ended March 31, 2025, confirmation of interim dividend and declaration of final dividend for FY 2024-25, re-appointment of Ms. Ayushi Jain (DIN: 07286525) as a director, and appointment of the Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term. Total votes polled were 8,602,357 (82.74% of 10,397,478 outstanding shares), with promoters (holding 7,798,108 shares, ~75% stake) voting 100% in favour on every resolution. However, public non-institutional shareholders voted overwhelmingly against the resolutions: 99.69% against resolutions 1, 3, and 4, and 92.86% against the dividend resolution.
