Malabar Group companies' merger gets CCI nod

Malabar Group companies have received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for their proposed merger. Separately, the CCI dismissed a case that had accused Nissan Motor India of anti-competitive practices related to the termination of a dealership agreement, finding no prima facie violation of competition rules.
