Mallcom (India) reported standalone Q1 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 11,843.53 lakhs, up about 19% from Rs. 9,918.24 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Standalone profit after tax rose to Rs. 973.83 lakhs (vs Rs. 855.17 lakhs) with EPS of Rs. 15.61. Consolidated revenue came in at Rs. 12,243.36 lakhs and consolidated PAT at Rs. 985.48 lakhs, again showing healthy YoY growth. Exports remain a key contributor, with overseas sales of Rs. 7,060.62 lakhs outpacing domestic sales of Rs. 5,182.74 lakhs in the quarter. The board also approved a routine change of statutory auditor: S.K. Singhania & Co. completed its second five-year term (the maximum allowed under the Companies Act) and M/s Agarwal Maheswari & Co. has been appointed for the next five years, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Ankita Dalmia was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY26–FY30.
No cause for concern for shareholders — the auditor change is a routine statutory rotation after completing the permissible two terms, not a mid-term exit. Q1 results show steady revenue and profit growth with continued strong export contribution, supporting a positive operating outlook.
