Malpani Pipes & Fittings reported strong HY2 FY25 results with revenue rising 25% YoY to ₹8,363.05 lakhs and net profit surging 241% YoY to ₹491.29 lakhs. For the full year FY25, revenue was largely flat at ₹14,174.93 lakhs (down 0.42% YoY due to lower raw material prices), but volume grew 17% YoY. FY25 EBITDA grew 14% to ₹1,535.87 lakhs and PAT rose 10% to ₹806.95 lakhs, supported by better operating efficiency. The company has increased production capacity from 9,600 MT to 11,500 MT in FY25, and further to 16,000 MT for FY26, expecting 10-15% sales growth. Demand recovery is being driven by the Jal Jeevan Yojana, which has been extended till 2028. A 1,136.34 KWP rooftop solar plant is being installed, expected to save ₹87.50 lakhs annually.
