Sumitra Devi Agarwalla, a member of the promoter group, acquired 20,20,827 equity shares (1.91% of total equity) of Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Ltd through an inter-se transfer by way of gift from relatives within the promoter group and persons acting in concert.
