Man Industries published its audited financial results for Q4 and the year ended March 31, 2026. Standalone total income rose to Rs 158.72 crore for FY26 from Rs 93.18 crore in FY25, with standalone net profit of Rs 30.69 crore vs Rs 26.91 crore a year earlier. EPS on standalone basis was Rs 0.037 per share (face value Rs 10). However, consolidated results show a different picture: total consolidated income grew to Rs 687.07 crore from Rs 541.21 crore, but consolidated net profit turned negative at Rs -0.17 crore for FY26 compared to Rs 14.00 crore profit in FY25. Q4 standalone income was Rs 75.70 crore while consolidated income was Rs 386.45 crore, indicating significant intra-group eliminations. The results were published in Business Standard and Mumbai Lakshadeep on May 27, 2026.
Standalone results show revenue growth and profitability, which is positive. However, the consolidated net loss for FY26 is a concern for shareholders as it suggests weaker performance at the group level despite higher group revenue.
