Man Industries (India) Limited has published its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Standalone performance shows total revenue of Rs. 158.72 crore for FY26, up 70% from Rs. 93.18 crore in FY25, with profit after tax rising from Rs. 26.91 crore to Rs. 30.69 crore. However, Q4 standalone results reveal a loss of Rs. 17.87 crore despite higher revenue of Rs. 75.70 crore, compared to a profit of Rs. 17.36 crore in Q4 FY25. Consolidated revenue grew 10.6% to Rs. 350.83 crore, but profit after tax declined 13.2% to Rs. 26.31 crore from Rs. 30.31 crore in FY25. Basic EPS for FY26 standalone stands at Rs. 0.037 per share. The results were published in Business Standard and Mumbai Lakshadeep on May 27, 2026, pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulations.
Mixed signals for investors - while full-year standalone revenue and profit improved, Q4 showed a significant loss which may raise concerns. Consolidated profit decline despite revenue growth indicates potential cost pressures or underperformance in subsidiaries.
