Man Infraconstruction's Board has declared a First Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.45 per equity share (22.5% on face value of Rs. 2) for FY 2025-26, on 37.53 crore equity shares. The record date is fixed at May 27, 2025, with payment/dispatch scheduled for June 10, 2025. The Board also approved audited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with the auditor issuing an unmodified opinion. On the segment front, Real Estate emerged as the larger revenue contributor (Rs. 69,846.88 lakhs) compared to EPC (Rs. 41,338.66 lakhs), with Real Estate segment results rising to Rs. 21,931.90 lakhs from Rs. 20,552.37 lakhs a year ago.
