Manaksia Aluminium's board approved audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 50,914.75 lakh from Rs 43,249.30 lakh (up about 17.7%), while net profit grew to Rs 604.58 lakh from Rs 508.57 lakh. Statutory auditor M/s Dangi Jain & Co gave an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.07 per share (7% on face value of Re 1) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. The board also re-appointed M/s S Bhalotia & Associates as internal auditor and M/s S Chhaparia & Associates as cost auditor for FY26. Separately, the company is contesting a GST demand of Rs 12.48 crore plus Rs 1.25 crore penalty, which is treated as a contingent liability with no provision made.
Results show healthy top-line and profit growth with a clean audit, but the modest 7% dividend offers limited income for shareholders. Investors should watch the rising short-term borrowings (which pushed total debt to roughly 1.77x equity) and the contested Rs 13.73 crore GST demand as potential risks.
