Manaksia Limited published its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 in Business Standard (English) and Ekdin (Bengali) on 31 July 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. On a consolidated basis, income from operations rose about 65% year-on-year to Rs 17,338.89 lakh, but profit after tax fell roughly 17% to Rs 1,538.78 lakh from Rs 1,856.59 lakh a year ago, with EPS at Rs 2.29 versus Rs 2.60. On a standalone basis, revenue jumped about 151% to Rs 3,122.48 lakh and PAT climbed around 76% to Rs 210.91 lakh. The results note that the previously approved demerger of the Metal Product business into wholly-owned subsidiary Manaksia Ferro Industries Ltd has been cleared by BSE, NSE and SEBI and is now awaiting NCLT approval, so no demerger effect has been recognised yet.
Strong top-line growth, especially on a standalone basis, is a positive signal, but the consolidated profit dip and the pending demerger/NCLT process are the key things shareholders should watch in the coming quarters.
