Appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Person).

The Board of Directors of Manas Properties Ltd, at its meeting on 30th March 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Khushboo Maheshwari as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, effective from 1st April 2026. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), having qualified in 2012, and holds a B.Com (Honours) degree from the University of Rajasthan. She brings prior experience in corporate secretarial functions, compliance, and operations from roles at Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, JSEL Securities Limited, and Wellwin Advisory and Services Pvt Ltd. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. She is not related to any Director on the Board.
