Manbro Industries has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 in Financial Express and Jansatta. On a standalone basis, revenue fell sharply to Rs. 2.51 million in Q2 from Rs. 8.21 million in Q1, and the company slipped back into a loss of Rs. 0.45 million versus a profit of Rs. 7.58 million in the previous quarter. For H1 FY26, standalone net profit was Rs. 7.13 million versus a loss of Rs. 2.44 million in H1 FY25. On a consolidated basis, results were far stronger: Q2 revenue surged to Rs. 142.02 million and net profit was Rs. 17.60 million, taking H1 FY26 consolidated net profit to Rs. 25.18 million against a Rs. 2.44 million loss in H1 FY25. The joint venture, Electromeccanica India Pvt Ltd, was not consolidated as its investment value has been fully eroded by accumulated losses. Statutory auditors have issued an unmodified opinion on the results.
Sharp standalone quarter-on-quarter deterioration in revenue and a return to loss may concern investors, but the consolidated picture shows a strong turnaround driven by subsidiaries. Shareholders should note the growing reliance on consolidated entities and the wiped-out joint venture investment.
