Mangal Credit and Fincorp, a Base Layer NBFC registered with RBI, has published extracts of its unaudited standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) in News Hub and Pratahkal Marathi on 6 August 2025, with a QR code linking to the full results on its website. Revenue from operations rose about 22% year-on-year to Rs 1,447.22 lakhs (from Rs 1,187.17 lakhs in Q1 FY25), while Assets Under Management grew 30%. However, profit after tax declined roughly 20% to Rs 299.94 lakhs (from Rs 374.70 lakhs), and basic EPS slipped to Rs 1.53 from Rs 1.92. During the quarter the company also issued 2,500 senior secured listed NCDs on BSE, and its NCD and bank loan rating stands at BBB/Stable from CRISIL. The results were approved by the Board on 5 August 2025 and statutory auditors gave an unmodified limited review opinion.
Mixed signal for shareholders — strong top-line and AUM growth show business expansion, but the sharp fall in PAT and EPS despite higher revenue points to margin pressure that the market is likely to focus on. The fresh NCD issuance and stable BBB rating support funding capacity, though higher finance costs may explain the profit dip.
